Kyle XY Season 2
The second season of the popular teen show Kyle XY premiered on 11th June, 2007 and finished on 17th March, 2008 totaling twenty three episodes.
Kyle is nearing toward his knowledge about self, as Adam Baylin guides him. Zzyzx and XX both pose a potential danger for Kyle and Baylin. Although Kyle meets up Tragers, he hides truth for them. Kyle saves the life of a girl in a burning building, coming closer to XX. Amanda’s boyfriend, Charlie is listed as the biggest slut in school.
Jessi is Nicole’s new patient but she is not aware that Jessi’s story about a bad childhood is a garb to come closer to Kyle who at the moment is determined in search for Amanda’s stolen bracelet.
Kyle later believes that since his multiple visions come out to be right, he must have the ability to forecast future. He uses Baylin’s research and his visions to know more about his past.Amanda and Kyle go on their first date and Kyle feels quite lonely when Baylin warns him about Foss. Kyle uses his visions to the Tragers advantage when Stephen’s father slips into a coma after a stroke. Amanda and Kyle later have their first kiss.
On a camping expedition, Kyle, Jessi, Declan, Josh, Anda, Amanda and Lori find ruins of Zzyzx in the woods. Kyle now thinks that Jessi likes him, and Amanda is confused about their relationship.
Kyle learns that it is Adam’s Latnock ring that will open the box he got from Zzyzx and draws up plans to get it back from the Madacorp chief, who now has it. When Kyle sees a photo that looks like Jessi in Baylin’s box, Kyle decides to know more about her during the school charity event and this result in lot of secrets stumbling out.
When Jessi runs away from the house, Nicole locks down the house while she and Stephen come to know more about Kyle. Kyle attempts to run away to find Jessi. Once together, Kyle and Jessi search for their past, while Tragers too are on the same job.
Kyle does find Adam Baylin in a secret room but he warns him of betrayal by Jessi, who upon hearing this runs away and jumps off a dam.
Kyle returns back to Tragers and prepares plans to defeat Madacorp but Jessi comes off in his way. She tries telling the whole world about the powers she has. And even finds her father Brian Taylor.Amanda drops out for Kyle but her mother grounds her until she goes back to the music academy. A social worker too comes in to check upon Kyle after getting an anonymous complaint about him. Amanda is bothered about Jessi in Kyle’s life even as she starts working at the Rack.
Kyle faces tough times ahead as he pressurizes his brain too much, thinking about Declan, Hillar and Josh’s placement exams, Lori and her prom song and Steven and his dinner. Jessi has doubts that Kyle had some thing to do with Andi’s cancer tests turning negative.
Amanda once again starts playing piano to cheer up Kyle, and subsequently, her mother allows her to go to the prom with Kyle. Kyle’s brain, finally takes a rest when he gets the message that Sarah is alive.
A mass cheating scandal breaks out in school and Kyle is accused to be the master mind. He along with Josh tries hard to prove innocence of others and themselves and also avoid cancellation of prom. Taylors tries to convince Jessi for a Latnok presentation and Kyle does finally interact with Sarah who asks him to separate Taylor and Jessi.
But Jessi is stubborn and Sarah would remain in hiding, so Kyle faces some tough times. The other teens are engrossed in the buzz of the upcoming prom. Kyle scours down loads of teen movies to draw up plans to make the prom, a memorable one for Amanda. Declan too decides to reveal his feelings to Lori. Jessi too patches up with Sarah in the end.
But, while waiting for Kyle to return, Amanda is taken by a stranger, ending the season.
